This isn’t just a Gibson blank truss rod cover. It is the custom shop tapered historic shape. It has also been hand aged to include a rolled surface appearance - horizontal lines impressesd into the surface. A detail present in authentic 1950s vintage truss rod covers. It also has yellowing of the beveled edge and comes with aged nickel screws.
